First of all, I was thrilled to find your site. I am not a very skilled cook, and I have never felt comfortable "winging it," I like to know every detail of a recipe.

Thanks that helps a lot. I don't cook a lot but I love easy recipes that are time savers,cheap and can freeze/reheat easily....really appreciate the free sites too.
