Chocolate Moose

Ingredients:


Eggs 4
Caster sugar 1/2 cup
Chocolate slab 160 gm
Fresh cream 1 cup
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Gelatin 1 tbsp



Directions:


# Melt chocolate over a bowl of hot water(double boil) till glassy
# Keep aside to cool.
# Mix eggs and sugar. Place the bowl over a pan of hot water and beat well till the egg mixture gets thick
# Add the melted chocolate to egg mixture and mix well
# Add cocoa powder to the above mixture and mix again.
# Soak gelatin in 1/4 cup water. Add this to the above mixture and chill for sometime untill it attains room temperature
# Whip the cream till fluffy and add whipped cream and mix well
# Place it in fridge until it is set
